it's not only about the rain coat and dress in the rain..
im also talking about maybe bad weather reports about the rain, that its nor working..
somepeople talk me also about it.. thay have the some problem...

I did had that problem one time but since i've updated mi game with the Grey Wolves Mod it's gone and bad weather is back to normal, also there is somewere in this forum a litlle tweacking
gizmo that changes the weather confitions to the values you prefer but with me on most ocasions it didn't worked allways...

Thats defenetlly a "Hard Coded" litlle bug and untill we figure out the way to go around it we just have to live with it!!!
