I installed the latest uboat ace today after checking the german forums. I got rid of some stuff to make it compatable with my GW installation and deleted the files I didn't want or need... So far it works pretty good.

I did one patrol today and am pretty impressed by it. I encountered a small merchant on the north edge of the bay of biscay. I lined up for a shot and started getting all the info when a few minutes later I got buzzed by a pair of Stukas, right over my sub towards the ship.
Thy started dive bombing it... then about 2 minutes later about 6 JU88s flyoverhead and start dropping their load. I got my kill stolen from right in front of me, but it was cool to watch.

South of Ireland I ran into a couple of irish merchants, a nowiegian hospital ship and a swedish v&w escort... not sure how realsitic this is? The swedish escort cruised over to my sub and followed me for a bit before rejoining the rest and sailed off.

I also encountered a number of pairs of merchants, one of which was always zigzagging, making it very difficult to hit.

All new merchants ships are also integrated into this mod... which is a bonus.
This tends to be one of the bigger mods in the German SH3 community, along with living SH3.
