For life of me cant figure out why this doesnt work! Please help!

Hey guys. I installed the steam version of SH3 and then installed gwxgold without anything activated. Then i installed olc gold mkII (i remember using this before and loved it). Well the game runs but when I put up the attack periscope I cant click up top to bring that instrument (with the numbers and all-I forget what its called) with the spinning dial in the middle. If i remember right you just clicked top portion right?

Could you post your activated mods list, please?

Also, make sure that manual targeting is enabled (box ticked) in the realism settings menu of SH3.

ok i know this sounds dumb but I dont see a realism setting anywhere.

The only mods i have installed is GWX gold and this mod and i have not activated anything in jsg except this mod.

How do I access realism settings
