Twin 40mm Bofors?

There was a mod for a twin 40 in a thread, but I could never get it to work in my set up. I got a CTD every time I tried to shoot, so I just gave up and deleted it. Would love to have one that worked!

If there are no mods available, does anybody know exactly what is wrong/missing with the twin bofors? I've managed to narrow it down to an animation issue with the left barrel (or at least I think thats what it is), but I'm not sure exactly what is causing it.
