Hello, im new to the forum and every time i try to get a mod, it tells me i dont have permission, plz help

Downloads were down for maintenance but should be working now.

Hi, I subscribe Subsim yesterday after few hours I got replay e-mail that my account is upgraded. But still I don't see bonus mods.
