Only a suggestion of yet another idea

Actually, the feature of the game, I personally adore, is that it makes me investigate historical, political, warfare & technical issues. That's why I'd like to carefully choose the subject of the scenario to inspire my investigations. This is how I made Georgian scenario - I devoted much more time to conflict learning, than gaming procedure.
The idea of nuke terrorism sounds pretty intriguing, but I'm not able to use it. I'm not inspired - I even don't exactly know, where Washington D.C. & New York are located

I suppose someone else would do that, because that's a burning issue
