As it stands, I'm getting like one or two kills per patrol with deckgun (on targets that have already been torpedoed). I would like it to have a bit more punch. So, does anyone know where are HPs for the 88m shells specified?

Thanks,

Spread the shots out more along the water line. 15 88mm shells at the waterline under the stack plus at 2 to 3 more locations (45-60 total shells) should do on even an undamaged C2. My other suggestion would be once it stops (after hits under the stack), dive down and give it about an hour to see what it does. DG induced sinkings can be rather slow and after a while, you may be wasting ammo on a doomed ship and you don't even realize it. If the up or down angle of the ship in the water is still slowly changing after an hour (i.e. it's still setteling by the bow or stern), its probably going to go down on its own.
