I replaced all 4 the files data \ Library \ GUNS SUB.*** from the other mod,
and now I get Engine Message - "NoCsub Torpedo Ctrl*:Cmihalache"

IIRC it's just a bug in the simulation. No fix that I know of.... at least no mod fix I know of.
