Binocular Bug?

Well I reinstalled the game and enabled one mod at a time to see which one was giving me an issue. It is definitely NewUIs_TDC_7_5_0_ByTheDarkWraith mod that is causing the binos to bug out. Frustrating.

After some more troubleshooting I tried deleting "Page binocular.ini" and "Page obs periscope.py" from the NewUIs_TDC_7_5_0 mod so that Generic Mod Enable could not overrite thse files and this seems to have fixed the issue. So it is definitely something with one or both of those two files.
