Leon West,

I think you misunderstood where the donation money goes. All the money is used to help pay the costs to run the server for the site, no one is paid for anything. The bonus mods are mods the developers have agreed to allow Neal to use to raise money with by releasing them early to contributors, before they are released openly several weeks later. I hope this clears up any confusion you might have had.
