Hydrophone texture mod?

I can barely read the the numbers on the default texture. Is there a better quality one that doesn't include installing a super mod?

I'd rather not suffer though insane load times

My system/graphics card is fine.

It's just that old texture is abit blurry when upscaled to 1920x1080.
