Not to mention the classic: click crash dive in tmo believing that your sub will sit at 150 ft.
So wack up that time compression to ×1080 and, ups, i believe that was davy jone's locker back there

It's not as bad as when I first played SH3 without reading the instruction manual or tutorials and ended up in the middle of a task force surfaced with my periscope up and going in circles because I couldn't figure out which button made me go straight. The destroyers must have been confused because I didn't die right away.

As for SH4 my biggest screw up was when I plotted my course and didn't see the little teeny tiny itty bitty island about the size of the one from Spongebob was in my way in the middle of the ocean. So long story short I crashed into it going flank speed and drove the boat right up onto it which promptly rolled onto its side and caught fire.

Oh I can top that. First ten or so times I tried to play SH4 I never knew that if you clicked the depth gauge it would give you deeper depths to play with. Having also downloaded TMO from the get go(I do my mod research) this caused me to die after every encounter with a destroyer while I was trying to dodge depth charges at 165 feet while my crew had to have been shouting at me to dive deeper.
