Camera Zoom values help

How do you change the camera.dat to be able to zoom in much closer to the sub, to get a great view of the sub emblem I made?

I want to change the values to these numbers in the file.

I cant recall off the top of my head but open up and look at the changes I made to my mod here: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=152884

or just use it
