I've checked my file, all is ok. The strange fact is that i've already done two patrols from Wilhelmshaven, and all was ok... And now, i'm in the middle of the south atlantic ...

When it comes to the black box instead of transparent box around the emblem it depends on which graphic program you are using to get the transparency.

For Photoshop I seem to recall you always had to select out and save that negative space area in black as an Alpha Channel. Then you had to make sure to save the emblem targa file as 32-bit with the alpha channel box clicked.

However, not everyone uses Photoshop. Some prefer Gimp or other programs and I don't how they handle transparencies in targa files.

Yes, from what I read on other forums, this is exactly what should be done. But I have only Paint.net and the transparent background is not registered in a .tga file, even with 32 bits.

Would you kindly do it for me with Photoshop ? I guess it's very easy and quick to do. Here is the link to the file : http://speedy.sh/FEU52/Spart2.tga
