My FOTRS 13 works fine with 4 Gb Patch, and no CTDS.

Possibly a corrupted file? Exactly I don´t remember now, but the FOTRS zip has

760 MB aprox.

Really I don't know what is your problem. I have FOTRS v13 in SH4 15 and works as expected - the mod have some flaws and is unstable - but you can tweak it for better performance.

Reinstall all SH4 and the mod and try...
