I don't get it.
Police arrests a man, ok he follows. Smiling? Can't really see that, but even when .. Then leaving the flat, the female officer abruptly turns at him as if boxing him, when he turns and runs away. Then the shots. Huh? edit: saw the second vid, he pulled a weapon, very dumb. it seems he did not take the situation seriously. Drunk? Drugs?
