Yet again the former German stripper Bruno Hans from Hamburg scored yet another well executed attack on a Tommy task force. U-107 IXB detected a task force north west of Ireland and set up for an ambush. The date was march 21st 1941 and the U-107 laid in wait like a predator in the brush at 180 meters. Bruno slowly brought his boat to periscope depth and began entering his calculations into the tdc, range, angle on bow, and finally speed. There was a Renown class battlecruiser in the lead and the HMS Hood close behind. Two torpedoes for each ship would be sent, the sea conditions were moderate and it was a night attack, a Kauleun could only dream of such conditions but it was actually happening.
![]() Two torps struck the Renown first then two struck the Hood. I couldn't believe my eyes as the magazines of both ships exploded tremendously sending the pair to a quick watery grave. I went deep to avoid the escorts which led to a five hour pounding until they finally gave up. I surfaced later with a dumbfounded look on my face not quite fully comprehending what I just accomplished. Then I immediately called for celebration, Schnapps were opened and a premium bottle of champagne was opened in the following victory party. ![]() ![]() |

Former stripper? Remind me to make sure I'm not invited to any celebration parties.
![]() Oh, and a long-distance "Well Done!"
