Crew diving for cover

So, getting back to SH3, I've been enjoying roving and sinking around Dover on my latest patrol (Logs to follow in the appropriate topic)

But now I found an interesting bug. Ever since an ASW trawler took some potshots with his deck gun at me, my crew has been stuck diving for cover.

The watchcrew is barely looking over the edge, I can't reload torpedos, but worst of all, I can't get more then 8TC.

Has anyone encountered this bug,? I already rebooted sh3, switched guards, toggled just snout every button, but no success.
