I run weekly backups on my system so I went to the Windows 'Backup-Restore' screen and using the most current restore, I restored the missing file to its original location. Yeah i downloaded a libcef.dll from the net and put it into my windows system32 folder and my main silent hunter 5 folder...from a tutorial video i learned from off of Youtube and it didn't work it's part of the uplay.exe...i personally hate uplay! any other ideas???
