Blatter is either culpable or negligent. The man obviously doesn't know the words probity, audit or corporate governance.

Putin said yesterday's arrests were a 'clear attempt' to sabotage Blatter's re-election campaign ahead of tomorrow's vote for FIFA President.

So, now you got Putin stepping in to defend Blatter. If that's not proof that Blatter's crooked then what is?
