Default Show you local churches

and I'll show you mine (of main touristic interest that is):

Haarlem:
http://noordhollandchurches.tripod.com/haarlem.html

Velsen:
http://noordhollandchurches.tripod.c...nzuidherv.html

8th century orginally, can you believe it ? only 3 kilometers from my house.

Churches after all are major tourist attractions in Europe.

A Canadian one time said to me: "You have Cathedrals, we have the Rockies". Spot on he was.

I have three church's in my parish as now i live in a little village on the out skirts of basildon.

One is very sercluded and is right out on a marsh, the next one is on the main road which is more of a chapel, and the last one is on a farm two of them cannot be used and one is being pulled down.

And how are you going to take the early service. As I remember from another post you don’t like getting up in the morning. I suppose you could do the evening one if you’re not to drunk.

Churches from Western Finland. Turku
Halikko
Kalanti
Nousiainen (note the WW2 wargraves in the foreground, they can be found in every parish)
And a good link in English, if someone is interested. It has pictures of Finnish churches, castles, fortresses and manor houses.

First of all, great looking church there, HT Alas the other images didnt show.

As for lighthouses. This is 'mine' at the nearby port of IJmuiden:

Light @53 m above mid level between high tide and low tide.
