I imagine it would cost more than a small fortune just to maintain a proper atmosphere to keep moisture and mold at bay in those caves. Then theres the reason why it was abandoned in the first place which might cause a few problems for the new owner too. Jormungandr lives there! .

Hey, why wasn't my sub base designed to withstand a nuclear attack? I feel WAY under appreciated now. Just stick us on WW2 era barges in the middle of a loch they did. Darned Rummy, I blame him!
