You should try it one day and take a look at the read me before making any judgment ... (or maybe are you ... <cought> ... sick ..?)

Criticism is always easy, trying to change known, and assumed by SCS, gameplay settings of the stock version, to realism settings, is much more difficult.
This concern so many things I can't give you a list here.
the readme could do that easily ...

Physical model of platforms is NOT affected at all by the LWAMI.
Not affected because it is hardcoded and in constant improvment by SCS, as you will see in the next patch version, actually in beta test.
One more thing the readme could have informed you about.

He is not so big, but quite dense, you could read it in less than 10 minutes.
Certainly you will no coughing anymore after this.
