I don't think I will be able to help you much, but someone else may come along with the answer; all I am able to suggest is that you look for a subtitle facility using your TV remote, but I guess you must have tried this already (I don't know much about electronic media, I am sorry to say).

That is quite a list you've got there: the only one of those films I think I've heard of is "Torpedo Alley". Thanks for posting these interesting titles...
