It is Friday, might as well take it off. Have a long weekend and the plows might have things sorted by Monday.
speaking of plowing, I've got to do some of that myself.

Our driveway was the distance in your photo to the vehicle and there were no snow-blowers and you had to do a path to the rear porch for the milkman and the front stoop for the newsboy who still put it 'twixt the storm door and front door...

boy am I dating myself. We used to string resistance (heat) wire on the eave-ends (zig-zig) of the roof to prevent death-by-icicle

My truckin' to Duluth days and recent trip to Pennsylvania during the (so-called) blizzard-of-the-century have refreshed my recollections of the wintry gulag! Hats off to you guys!
