Default Helo/P3 Torpedo Choice

Ahoy all!

Just curious which torpedo you preferred to use and why. Of course, the choices are the mark 46 and 50 (I believe).

I was reading a guide the other day from the subguru's website and it basically said to always use Mark 50. The reason being is that it was a nastier torpedo that used vector logic or somethin or other like that.

P3/helo torpedo choice

When I was in a Antiairsub squadron of S-3 Vikings I found that dropping wing gas tanks in the water was a very good deterant. It let the Russians know we had found them and they swam away.

I always use the Mark 50 in the stock game. 55 knots versus 45 for the Mk 46, over double the warhead weight, over double the diving depth to 1200 yards, and a slightly longer range.
