I'd think if we look at that Map given current situations the SAS could finish off the other 10% in the next few years?
What you do is shrink them down, borrow Jimbuna's AirForce, and go all Ape on them.
Nothing like being 100% done.

I've currently got a Sea Harrier FA.Mk 2 from No.801 NAS inbound, I'll simply divert her and finish off the job

Back OT...I wonder how much all the above is costing?
