HELP...GWX English labels

Sorry to ask but I have been thru the manual, searched thru the Forum, and poked around thru the game files on my own.
I know there is a way to change the labels on the dials in the TDC and on the Periscope display to be in English instead of German. I remember reading it somewhere years ago but I cannot find it now.

I am finally trying to learn how to set up shots manually and having to try to interpret the TDC when that FAT tanker is slipping away is frustrating. I know I should not give in to non-realism but I am weak.

HELP ME.

By the way I am running GWX 3.0 Gold and have removed ALL mods.
