It dosen't seem show up just the old overlays Your mod is the last one loaded and it say it overwrites TDW overlays. You can see my current mod list (with your Mod removed) in the Album inside my profile.

FYI: When I look try and look at the your DDS files outside SH5 I get this error

System.FormatException: File does not appear to be a DDS image

at PaintDotNet.Data.Dds.DdsFile.Load(Stream input) in d:\src\pdn\paintdotnet\src\PaintDotNet\Data\Dds\Dd sFile.cs:line 472

Yes, it's cause i made it base on .PNG file!
I can fix it and make fair .dds
