Can anyone tell me why my mods won't work anymore?

It could be any one little thing - even a single .cfg file which is labelled wrong could cause a CTD. It is really difficult to guess without having a look at your installation.

If you haven't done so already, try installing one at a time, and see which one is causing the problem. And instead of using a mod pack, first try a smaller mod.
