Not having a conflict is not the same as not having a problem. It can still be a problem. There is a patch that should be after TMO.

Sometimes ISE can cause this issue if the file adjusted by a previous mod can not be read properly.

You were right sir. I removed one mod at a time and the culprit was the "The DarkWraith DC Water Disturbance v2.0 SH4"
Thank you and a big thank you to Moonlight who in a previous post made a suggestion about the "Water Disturbance" mod Now to find me some targets

There is a download that fixes the The DarkWraith DC Water Disturbance v2.0 crash if you still want to use it bybyx.
