Has the issue with the progress bar been sorted?

after fresh game install start a new campaign with The Wolves of Steel mega mod and with the Uplay online first 4 mission done and the tonnage bar fill up.
saved after this 4 mission exit from game and start again the game bar still fil up.So is no problem with OH II or other mods

PS. i have also deleted all prev. saved games

This is not a mod problem as it happens with stock also.
