Van1920x1080 uses pieces cropped from both the "stock" NYGM Targa image files and from Targa files added by Hitman. The gemisch that results from using Van1920x1080's menu_1024_768.ini file when some of the specified files are missing (OP did not activate Hitman_GUI) probably best explains the image OP posted.
