I'm using the same version as yourself without any problems but I do notice reports on the internet of identical problems with the latest version of RealPlayer.

All I can suggest is uninstall and download again.

Well I got the next problem

When I open a file mp4
I get the mesage Windows Mediaplayer cannot play this file
no support for this type

it seems to me that Window media player try to play the file and not VLC.

I will delete VCL again en try the file from you Jimbuna.
I hope that solve the probleem

Thanks Dutchie-one
