Unfortunately the best thing to come out of Chelmsford was the name for the TV series Chelmsford 123, a late '80s sitcom about Romans in Britain. I used to love that show on a Sunday night.

Nope, you're wrong. Mainland Europe have different power sockets to us, not the other way round. Adapters are easy to come by though.
