That was going to be my suggestion could we raise the sea floor itself about 3m or whatever the level indicated would be. Also if this would cause a problem around all the coastlines, would it be possible to modify the visual refraction which seems existent in the game to allow for more accurate rendering.

Those are the ideas I have but I have no idea how to implement them.

I really like this idea....... Just wish I had the smarts to pull it off, hopefully someone will chime in
