JSGME issues

F:steam is my HD for only games and steam because I have 3 other hard drives one for my OS and another to back up files. Also what i did was deleted JSGME and reinstalled it. open horizon and TDW mod I downloaded last night. I then extract the mods to my JSGME/mod folder and then they show up on the right side of the JSGME. I then load SH5 and I still see nothing different

Maybe i need to move the SH5 to my c drive and try because erased every trace of my SH5 from Steam (documents, saves, old mods, etc). I then did the CC cleaner as recommended and I even erased my old uplay and made a new account. I then download Sh5 from DVD and activated it. I then patched it to version 2 and then patched with the files recommended on the forum that totaled 9 files. I then downloaded JSGME and extracted to F:silenthunter5/JSGME. from there i downloaded open horizon 2 and TDW new UI. So moved the mods into F:silenthunter5/jsgme/mods folder and they are on the left side. I then moved to the to the right side and it says mod is active on the bottom of JSGME. I then started my SH5 game and nothing.
