Titan Superfortress

I'm having issues with... quite frankly anything by Silverwolf.

All of my Silverwolf subs don't have any external weapons, especially the Titan. My load order in JSGME is:

FOTRS 1.3 (for 1.5)
Blackwolf base
Blackwolf FOTRS
Titan base
Titan FOTRS
NSS Shark base
NSS Shark FOTRS

I also don't have periscopes or command deck on the Titan.

My current version is 1.5.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong and this is annoying me to no end.
