Fatigue model broken with No-CD fix?

Sorry, I don't know what that is. My only venture into the .cfg files was to play with the fatigue settings.

How did you decide on the values for the Regular Factor in your fatigue model? The values are 1/2 the Specific Factor, except for the bridge watch.
