используй любой плагин-анонимайзер для доступа туда, как для доступа к любому заблокированному сайту.. они блокируют скачивание с российским IP.. я пользуюсь anonimoX для лисы..

I'm afraid I didn't get you right.. do you mean sobers reduced file sizes? or some other mod?

I have my own reduced textures in the SV Interior mod, if you need em of course..
