As it turns out, I tried "Sub school" and in the artillery mission, no guns.
Then I disabled RFB and the gun was back. Enable RFB, gun is gone. So I disabled RFB, Deleted RFB, Re-downloaded RFB, reinstalled it to the MODS folder, re-enabled RFB and... Now I have a deck gun in the school and career. So, somehow the files musta been faulty... Dunno why, Don't care why, I now have RFB goodness and all is well! Thanks for trying to help.
