Question: Do you use the Continue Campaign button at the top of the main menu? This in of itself might be causing the CTD (Speculation) with some MODs install (can you confirm this Sober?). I always always always load my Campaign via the save/load game menu. I also delete saved games and it seems to speed up the loading time immediately.
