In a way, I agree with Steve. The artists do show tremendous talent and the works are very much worthy of praise. I, however, want my paintings to look like paintings, not photographs. I have several oil on canvas, and water color paintings made by various artists. They are all beautiful, but you can look at them and tell they are paintings. And to me, that's what makes them beautiful and unique.
