There are many threads on New Playable Vehicles for Silent Hunter 5 so the search feature would you your best bet.

Playable ships or new ships are unlikely to be created for Silent Hunter 5 for a long time due to the complications of getting the game to accept new units and all the work required to develop interiors and models which we do not have. This would all take large amounts of time to create and modders work for free so they cannot be working on large project like this all the time.
