Actually within the nautical context of the forum, 'Damn' is permissible. Rear Admiral David Glasgow Farragut established the precedent famously at Mobile Bay while lashed to the rigging of his flagship, Hartford "Damn the torpedoes! full speed ahead" at Mobile Bay, 8/5/1864.
