I'm not sure if anyone has brought it up here, but I noted that one of the articles says she tried to keep him out of prison too, but no facility would have him as he had no resources to pay the prices they demanded.

Here's an amusing "what if":

What if the judge were black, the kid were black, the kid's dad was a known liberal and supporter of Obama, and everything else was identical? You think Bubblehead's reaction to the judgement would also be identical?
