Hey Deniss, not sure if I can help but I'll do my best.
As Tango asked, are you using JGSME, if not I'd highly recommend it (you can download it here on Subsim) as it lets you enable and disable mods quickly. Have you tried enabling mods one at a time? It may be there are some conflicts between them, it's entirely possible with trying to run that amount of mods at once. For example, try just running GWX + OLC Gold to start with - apologies if you have tried this already.

Welcome to SubSim deniss.
![]() Your problem seems unusual. Even a complete computer illiterate old guy like myself has no problems modding SH3 with JSGME. Maybe you could give more info on exactly what you are doing? Again, welcome.

Thanks guys for welcome words and I really appreciated that you do a great job to keep this forum running for years. I've never been registered to this forum before, but I read a lot from it in the past.
Anyway, Tango589/Karl Heinrich and others Yes, I'm using JSGME to enable/disable MODS. And Yes, was trying enable one MOD at time and start the game. But problem with Thomsen's Sound Pack V3.2cg for example, you won't notice the difference straight away, unless you'll find a target, listen hydrophone etc. So I presumed it is enabled and therefore I was enabling another one (in the order from my first post). But during I applied another MOD the message pope-out saying some files would be modified (usual procedure... I guess) so I clicked OK and waited until the MOD is fully activated. Started the game...no any difference at all. So I thought may be I have to activate all MODS related to it. Like OLC, for instance OLC 'Gold' MkII ~ Option 3 ~ Environment with EDE and GUI OLC 'Gold' MkII ~ MkIId Update (Enable After MkIIc) OLC 'Gold' MkII ~ Flat Sun Fix OLC's Modified Searchlight Beams for GWX3 So I ended up with all listed MODS activated. Started the game and...no any difference at all. I started to search forum for the listed problem and found a lot of topics from people experience different problems with some MODS, where files were unpacked, put into wrong folders, incorrect using JGSME etc. But I have not seen something like mine. Sorry for the long post, but I try to explain as much as can. P.S. I've got it working now. Well... at least with 3 MODS... OLC 'Gold' MkII ~ Option 4 ~ Environment with EDE and GUI with LRT ACM Reloaded for OLC 'Gold' MkII ACM Lite Map I had to uninstall everything and start from scratch. Install the game, patch it, no CD patch, SH3 Commander, GWX3 with JSGME, created snapshot with game's files and enable 1 MOD a once. So far so good. Last edited by deniss; 12-15-13 at 02:13 PM. |
