Default Sexual harassment

http://www.krdo.com/news/six-year-ol...z/-/index.html

And this is a six year old...

Reminds me of a story I told before, some years ago, in Germany a young man, a student, was sentenced for sexual harassment in a bar. He had dared to raise his glass in a toast towards two young women at the other end of the bar. Witnesses said there was nothing offensive and aggressive. The two women sued him for sexual harassment, claiming they felt sexually harassed. The court judged in their favour.

Two years ago I was attacked by a women in her late 20s, carrying several bags, because I held the door open for her at a shopping mall. The Zicke called it an offense and called it discriminating, and whether I assume she could not get along without a male's hand helping her out!?

Honestly said, my interest in other people in the streets is constantly waining and is almost non-existent now. Too many insanes walking around these days. I do my things and live the way I want when the door of my flat shuts behind me. I owe nobody anything, I expect nothing from anyone anymore. Having some troubles myself, I do not need foreigners intoxicating my life with their poisenous, biting little brain-worms any further. Idiots of the world - stay away from me!

I'd like to experience a bit of sexual harrassment (from a female) to find out what it is like.

Does ones wife count?

Of course that raises the question of how it can be harrassment if she doesn't mind.

Men can no longer even smile at a woman without risking a lawsuit. Of course a woman can proposition any man she chooses. In their world this is called "equality".

It's funny, but where I live gender equality has advanced to a point where on more than one occasion I've had a woman offer to hold a door for me. When it happens I just smile and say "Thank you". I guess some of us have finally learned that being polite and helpful can actually extend from anyone to anyone.

On the other hand if someone complained that I held a door for them my response these days would be "Do you have something against people being polite to other people?"

It's called being offended on another persons behalf, even if the person in question isn't offended at all.

Depends. What television show is on?

EDIT: In before Tribesman. Rules is rules. He broke the rules. The label of sexual deviant stands.

how stupid are people?

Only reinforces my stance that whenever I do something nice it comes back and bite me in the rear end.

Skybird I beleive those fluzzies are the "Neofeminists" who are against breastfeeding baby boys because they think is teaches them to subjegatefemales at an early age.

Women, right?

Blech.

Seriously though, litigious people are just that. It's not a global conspiracy against men.

Why is the title of this thread "sexual harrassment" when it's about school staff possibly overreacting to something a pupil did (I say possibly because we don't nearly have the whole story, only a biased news article), and an anecdote about how a woman once did something to Skybird he didn't like?

Funny, I've never heard a woman refer to this as equality.

Up to a few years ago, we Norsemen never held doors for each others. If you were walking through a doorway after another person, you had to expect to have to catch the closing door or have it slam in your face. Then we basically said, "you know, the foreigners hold the doors for one another and think we're rude who don't", and everyone just started doing it.

Guess we just skipped the whole discrimination stage.

What strikes me is the previous suspension and parent saying her child does have a history of disruptive behaviour in class.Which is quite an achievement by 6

So...I blame the parents

Perhaps the kissing was the last straw and getting the parents attention in the matter was would manifest itself with a harsh penalty. The kid will be on Ritalin before long.

I use to do work for Ralph Lauren. Before we could enter the building they went over all the rules, one was no looking at the women. When we reached that floor, probably 200 super model women wearing skirts to their bits walking around. We were also told if we happened to be alone near two women, such as an elevator, you had to say hey to both, not just one or say nothing at all.....It was a long silly list and the women there teased the heck out of my crews..
