I hope you do not run otc between TMO and RSRD you should put otc after RSRD

I didnt think OTC was designed to work with TMO and RSRD loaded together. I thought OTC was an either or MOD since there are two versions

Yes, it would add to the game, if radar, engines, sonar, radio, etc., etc. As far as I know, only the torpedoes will malfunction; everything else works unless damaged by fire.
