It's not a supermod, in that it doesn't affect gameplay or graphics. It is strictly a campaign system which works with any supermod, the point being to have historically accurate ship movements. In otherwords, while there are versions for Stock, RFB and TMO, RSRD was never designed to be a stand-alone game-altering mod.

You forget the fact that it's also a stand alone mod and it does effect gameplay. Destroyers getting more competent as the war goes on and such. It also adds ships(Hello Shinano!) Heck the only thing it doesn't effect is the environment and we have some good mods for that.
